Paul Thompson
Director and Civil Engineer
Originally from North Yorkshire, Paul gained an engineering degree from University of Plymouth in 2014, having previously been a baker, among other things. His love of Maths and solving problems meant that Site Engineering has become his perfect fit for a career. Paul and Keri decided to set up the business together in January 2019 and haven’t looked back.
Paul has a wide range of experience in all sorts of building work, from large commercial enterprises, to bespoke self-build projects. He also has experience in Highways work. Paul has worked across the South West, including Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.

Keri Thompson
Director and Manager
Having lived around the South West, Belgium, Sussex, Dorset, America and the South East, Keri settled back in the beautiful West Country. After teaching for a number of years whilst bringing up three children, it is exciting to now be involved in the business, building something for our future, wherever that may take us!
